Public does not mean copyright-free
A public MICO live can contain original performance, music, artwork and the creator's voice or likeness. The ability to view a stream does not automatically grant a license to redistribute it elsewhere.
Personal archiving, commentary, evidence preservation and commercial republication can be treated differently. When in doubt, ask the creator or a qualified local professional.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not use recordings to harass, stalk, impersonate or expose sensitive information. A creator can accidentally reveal private data during a public live. Responsible handling may require deleting the copy rather than amplifying it.
MicoRec does not enter private rooms or bypass access controls. Users must still ensure that recording and subsequent use are lawful.
Platform terms still matter
MICO's current terms and privacy policy can impose platform rules beyond copyright law. Review those primary sources before recording or sharing content. MicoRec is an independent service and is not endorsed by MICO WORLD.
Takedown and creator opt-out
MicoRec provides DMCA and creator opt-out paths. A verified creator or rights holder can request removal of public catalog metadata and applicable recorded material. MicoRec can block future recordings for that creator while it processes the request.
Can I publish the Telegram video?
Technical possession is not permission. Obtain the rights required for your intended audience, platform and jurisdiction before reposting.
